How It Works

We set up our station at your event and run a smooth, live experience throughout your booking time. Guests join on a first-come, first-served basis and are served continuously until the package limit is reached.

Our standard package includes from 50 -150 personalised keychains. The experience typically runs depends on the event and guest flow. If additional time is needed to complete all keychains, we stay on-site at no extra cost to ensure every guest receives their keepsake. We will not charge by the hour.

If additional time is required to complete the full number of included keychains, we remain on-site at no extra charge until all items are fulfilled.

All packages are designed to provide a smooth, engaging experience where guests receive a personalised keepsake within minutes.

To secure your date, a €150 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This ensures your event is reserved and covers preparation and scheduling.

Due to high demand and limited availability, the deposit helps protect against last-minute cancellations and holds your slot exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.

Once confirmed, your booking is fully secured and we begin preparing everything needed for your personalised live experience.
