1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Keychain Corner (“the Company”, “we”, “our”) and the Client (“you”). By securing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a seamless and elevated experience.

2. Our Experience

We specialise in delivering a refined, on-site keychain experience designed to enhance weddings and events through:

• Professionally captured guest photography

• Immediate, high-quality keychain production

• Premium leather strap finishes

• A curated, interactive guest experience

Service durations (4 or 6 hours) commence from the official start time of the venue and are exclusive of all setup and dismantling requirements, which are handled discreetly in advance.

3. Booking & Reservation

To secure your date, a non-refundable reservation fee of €150 is required.

This fee ensures your event is exclusively reserved in our calendar. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of this payment.

The remaining balance is due prior to, or on the day of, the event, as agreed during the booking process.

4. Investment

Our packages are thoughtfully designed to provide both quality and value:

• €400 — up to 100 keychains

• €600 — up to 150 keychains

Each package includes all materials, production, and on-site service. Any additional requests or extended service time may be accommodated at an agreed supplementary rate.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the bespoke nature of our service and limited availability:

• The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total booking value

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil our commitment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

6. Venue & Setup Requirements

To ensure flawless execution, the Client is kindly required to provide:

• A suitable and accessible space within the venue

• A stable and reliable power source

Our team will coordinate setup in advance to maintain a seamless and unobtrusive presence.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Securing any necessary permissions from the venue

• Ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for operation

Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or guest interference may incur additional charges.

8. Timing & Extensions

Service time begins as scheduled, regardless of delays not caused by the Company.

9. Creative Rights & Media

We may capture selected moments of the experience for portfolio and promotional use, always maintaining discretion and respect for your event.

Should you prefer complete privacy, this can be arranged upon written request prior to the event.

10. Liability

While we take every measure to deliver an exceptional service, we cannot be held liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control (including venue-related delays, power interruptions, or environmental factors)

• Loss or damage caused by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions.

12. Acceptance

Confirmation of your booking and payment of the reservation fee constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
